This policy explains how personal data is handled on taskgate.ai. It covers this website and its sign-up form.
Who is responsible
The controller is Peidus Products OÜ, registry code 17548417, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: support@peidusproducts.com.
What we collect when you sign up
When you submit the sign-up form we receive:
- your work email address;
- your company name, if you enter one;
- the country your request came from, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider (we do not store the IP address itself);
- the time of the request and the page you sent it from.
We use this only to reply to your sign-up and to talk with you about TaskGate. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps you asked us to take before a possible contract — and, for keeping a record of the conversation, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
When you just visit
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. To deliver and protect the site, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Who processes the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the website and delivers sign-up emails.
- Google LLC — provides the mailbox where sign-up emails arrive, and Google Fonts.
Both may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both are certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up emails for as long as we are in contact with you, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement governs retention.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@peidusproducts.com; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or the authority where you live or work.
Children
TaskGate is a product for businesses. The sign-up form is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
We update this policy when what we do with data changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.
