The website and the product
This website describes TaskGate and lets you sign up. Signing up is a request to be contacted; it does not create a contract or give access to the product. Use of TaskGate itself is governed by a separate agreement that we conclude with your organisation.
Sign-up
Use your own work email address, or one you are authorised to use, and give accurate information. How we handle what you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website's operation, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, send automated or bulk submissions through the sign-up form, or use the website to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
The TaskGate name and logo, and the website's text, images, design and code, belong to Peidus Products OÜ or its licensors. You may view and share links to the website; any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". Its content is general information about TaskGate and is not an offer, a specification or professional advice. We may change or remove content, or the website, at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
